Snow boots...in June?

When Molly woke up from her nap today, she wanted to wear her mittens and hat. After those were on, she said "boots mommy". She does realize that it is 98 degrees outside doesn't she? I asked her if she wanted to take her mittens off to drink her milk and she looked at me like that is the craziest question I have ever asked her. It makes me smile to watch her pick out her outfits, even if it is snow boots in June.

Does she get credit?

We moved Molly to her twin bed last week. She did great! She has been falling asleep so much faster. I am sure that it is much cozier than her crib! We have had our fair share of telling her to stay in bed, and she usually gets right back in. We went in to wake her up to get ready for church, and this is what we found when we opened the door...



So, does she get credit for this one? We don't know what happened. Did she fall and then just stay asleep? Did she get up and play and then decide that she wasn't done sleeping? Oh well! I can't wait to see where she ends up by tomorrow morning!

This is how she slept on the first night. She will get the hang of it eventually! :)

3 months old!

My blogging app wasn't working for a few weeks and i was afraid to delete it and start over because I didn't want to lose my posts. I finally deleted it and started again. So, here it goes...

Little sister Maggie is 3 months old!!! I can not believe it either! I am already pulling down her 3-6 month tub out of the attic! She is growing sooo fast! I forgot how sad it was to pack up the newborn clothes. Okay, maybe it is the postpartum hormones. Can i still use that excuse? I am so excited for what is ahead of us though! Here are a few quick pics that I took of Maggie at 3 months!

Bumbo Baby!

Since Maggie is 2 months old, we thought we would get the bumbo out if the attic and see what she thought about it. She sure was wobbly, but she liked it!
I couldn't pick a favorite, so a will post a few. I know, to all of you, they probably all look the same. As a proud mommy, I see a little a little something different in each picture. ;)













And her goober sister had to show me that she is a big girl, too!




P.S. This blogging app is sooo much faster at getting pictures to the blog. That is why I have done two posts within a week! Not bad for me!

iPhone has a blogging app!

Maybe I will blog more often since I now have this super cook app. This is my first time to use it, so we will see...

I will just post a few random pictures that I have on my phone!

Molly went on a napping strike...for four days! This is how happy she woke up after she decided to take a nap! Happy!!! I was even happier!



Last night, Molly wanted Maggie in the crib with her for a few minutes. Molly thought it was so much fun!



We went to storytime at the library! Molly loved it! We will be back again for sure!



Sweet Maggie. This was right after her bath, with a warm blanket from the dryer wrapped around her. Yes, I know, spoiled. But she likes it. She always coos when I wrap her up, so I will just keep on with it. I will do anything for a smile and "agoo" from my baby girl.

This is right before we went out for my birthday. My parents kept the girls and we went to mi cocina for some fajitas! Yummy!
